After graduating from Key West High School, Chas attended the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management receiving a B.S. in Building Construction and a Masters Degree in Construction Management. Over the past 10+ years Chas has been a part of over $1billion in construction projects from custom homes, marinas, commercial tenant build outs to high rise condominiums. Chas is experienced with project planning and management from start to finish. Additionally Chas has experience working with owners, developers, design professionals, building officials and contractors. Chas is also a Certified General Contractor CGC# 1522391, LEED GA and now is President and qualifying agent for Keystar Inc., a Construction Management and General Contracting company headquartered in Key West, Florida.

Robert is committed to serve in the capacity of Executive Leadership ensuring the allocation of the right resources for the success of this project. As a Florida Keys native, his vast knowledge of the local environment, understanding of Monroe County objectives, and existing Authorities Having Jurisdictions (AHJ) relationships contributes to his being an asset to our team. Robert has a long history in the development, management, and operations of real estate projects throughout the Keys including permitting, land use and legal matters.

Brett is a Project Management professional with 15 years of experience providing construction administration, management, and inspection services for transportation, facility and heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Washington DC metropolitan region. Brett brings a strong project management, technical writing, and quality assurance / quality control skills having supported the delivery of a variety of engineering and construction projects. Brett brings experience reviewing plans, procedures, and/or forms for compliance with applicable standards, including ISO standards. In addition, Brett brings working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and has participated in the training and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) functions including organizational training and subject matter expertise for QMS compliance and process improvements.

Trey brings a wealth of managerial and accounting experience to the Keystar team.  Prior to joining Keystar, Trey performed audits for both private and public companies in various industries, as well as worked for a well-known, major furniture retailer where he was integral in implementing a Big Data and Data Analytics program.
