After graduating from Key West High School, Chas attended the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management receiving a B.S. in Building Construction and a Masters Degree in Construction Management. Over the past 10+ years Chas has been a part of over $1billion in construction projects from custom homes, marinas, commercial tenant build outs to high rise condominiums. Chas is experienced with project planning and management from start to finish. Additionally Chas has experience working with owners, developers, design professionals, building officials and contractors. Chas is also a Certified General Contractor CGC# 1522391, LEED GA and now is President and qualifying agent for Keystar Inc., a Construction Management and General Contracting company headquartered in Key West, Florida.

Result-driven senior project manager with record of success working with all aspects of project team including colleagues, owners, architects, municipalities, and subcontractors. Detail oriented and focused, yet able to think outside the box as required to set a game plan for the successful completion of commercial construction projects. Noted for ability to maintain high customer loyalty and approval rating while meeting budgets and aggressive schedules.

She has worked in both the commercial and residential sectors as Project Coordinator, Sr. Permitting Manager as well as Assistant Project Manager.

Brett is a Project Management professional with 15 years of experience providing construction administration, management, and inspection services for transportation, facility and heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Washington DC metropolitan region. Brett brings a strong project management, technical writing, and quality assurance / quality control skills having supported the delivery of a variety of engineering and construction projects. Brett brings experience reviewing plans, procedures, and/or forms for compliance with applicable standards, including ISO standards. In addition, Brett brings working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and has participated in the training and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) functions including organizational training and subject matter expertise for QMS compliance and process improvements.

As a Certified Public Accountant, he is well versed in the universal language of business and prides himself on delivering a practical approach to ensuring the organization’s fiscal compliance.  His enthusiasm and passion for what he does is admirable which makes him well respected amongst his peers.
