The New Joe Pinder Administration Building is a 3-story Florida Green Building Platinum Certified Class A office building with ground level parking below. At the time of construction, this Platinum Certification was achieved with the highest number of points accumulated for any building in the State of Florida. This award winning project also received the Business for Beauty Award from the Key West Chamber of Commerce. Building includes Board Room, public lobby with support services, offices and ancillary spaces.
