About this Project
The Grand Maloney hotel is a 2-story historic estate with 6 bedrooms located in Key West. The late 19th Century structure features 11-foot ceilings, a tin roof and an impressive in-room original brick fireplace. It took nearly two years to complete the restoration, with the attention to detail necessary to maintain the integrity of the original building. Special care was taken to restore the 150-year-old floors to their former splendor. The colorful interior was elegantly designed by Elaine Spottswood, whose family owns and operates the Grand Maloney beginning in 2019. The Grand Maloney hotel opened its doors in 2021, welcoming visitors all over the world.
