The project consisted of a commercial retail building, marina, and historic lighthouse restoration. Project included new cast in place concrete, masonry, and hollow core construction of new hotel and yacht club, demolition, dredging, and rebuilding 70 slip marina. As well as, renovation of 65 year old historic lighthouse in the Middle Keys.
